internet radio/shoutcasts :

how easily is it to put some thing worth while on the
internet/shout cast ?

And........

(a) how does it sound..(quality/listening to on other PCs)

(b) how much control do u have on what is actually being
played/said, (id's/liners,station breaks)...

and, most importantly,
(C) how easily it for an average listener to
click/bookmark and listen ?

-
would a part-15-fm,[or part15 AM] and just aire that on an internet
stream be a better idea ?

Part 15 serves no one. Internet serves the world one slot at a time. Complete control over execution and content. Bandwith = Quality. Takes $$. If you are good at what you do, figure on paying out the arse. If you're not, 20 slots will last you a *lifetime.

*time it takes you to realize no one is listening.
