A radio station sale price would be based upon having an established audience? Yes for sure. The ad presents this like an asset sale and seemingly suggests assumption of a building lease too. In that case, with no audience, assets only, this should be at a "fire sale" price.

As we know from Robert's previous recent posts, listenership of internet stations are quantifiable and normally quantified.

We should get some audience numbers.

Remember, 101.7 Azle (the former KZMP-FM) recently sold to EMF for what, ~$4M ?

Hey, if I had some some serious cash i'd purchase it....Lets see if I can hit powerball this weekend ;)

Wait just a minute... you'd purchase WHAT? The 101.7 Class C Azle license or the internet radio station complete with reception area and conference room furniture?

I hope you're talkin' the Class C...

101.7 was originally sold new after development to it's first licensee for circa $30M; 1998. $6M is a good price.

I'd but it too if I hit the lottery. I'd call it Y95 as in Arlington, FtW, Dallas, but that would be weird huh, having Y-95 on 101.7. But then again, who'd notice? 101.7 is Y95!

I'd but it too if I hit the lottery

... should have read "I'd buy it too". Me too think too fast, type too slo
