I just wanted to drop a note to introduce myself. My name is Barry Hill and I am the Director of Customer Success here at RCS. What the heck is that? I'm your customer advocate. Think of me as your "Guy on the inside" you can call if you have questions or feel like you aren't getting traction on an issue with NexGen (aka "Prophet"), Zetta, GSelector or any of our products.
