Introduction

I have been in Christian radio and TV management for more than 30 years and have hosted my own discussion groups, but never heard of Radio Discussions Forum until today. Wow! Amazing! I am probably the poorest person in America to have owned an LPTV station which I ran from my bedroom in the 80s. Have won Cases of First Impression at the FCC and have been a Workshop Panelist/Speaker at NRB Convention. In 2023 my career was featured in Radio World.

Got involved with Low Power FM when it was first established in 2000 and filed my first LPFM Application by mail on Day 1 in 2000. Had my own LPFM, WPCG-LP, Canton, GA. Since then have submitted more than 1,000 successful LPFM filings. Was Underwriting Manager for WATC-DT, Atlanta's 57, from its sign-on just before the 96 Olympics until until my retirement from TV in 2012. Raised millions in underwriting sponsorship in the shadow of the Atlanta FCC Enforcement Bureau which I never bother me. I am 84 with no plans to retire. Wear my bathrobe at my home office computer in exurb Cherokee County, metro Atlanta.

Do you know anyone who would like a Christian LPFM in Columbus, OH? The founder/operator died last year and I have tasked with finding a new owner/operator.

JOB

Welcome aboard John! Awesome experience. I'd be interested but I'm no where near Columbus. Would enjoy picking your brain though!
