IOBC and its local impact

Now that, as Bob Bitter referred to it as Black Friday has come and gone, what has been the impact on local stations? I know that WYSL was concerned about this reading the numerous articles and comments Bob Savage has written and made on this board and in the trade magazines.

WBZ is not running HD after sunset, so its impact on WYSL is not yet known.
So the big question is will WBZ run HD after sunset and if so what impact will that have on WYSL's nighttime signal into Rochester?

WBZ DID run IBOC after sunset on Sunday night, effectively destroying 1040 and 1020, but last night (monday) it was off, in fact most of the stations running it over the weekend had it off last night, like WLW and WTAM, both had theirs shut off last night. I hope that continues
