Ion Out of Bankruptcy

If there's any religious programming, I don't expect that to go anywhere. I would like to see a lot less infomercials. I however don't see that happening as long as they have crappy programming. Ion Life should just be made the main channel, as it has a lot more programming than Ion TV has ever had. Keep Qubo as a subchannel.

Let's hope it means that infomercials and religious programming go soon after and that qubo and Ion Life get shown on the main channel.

I only wish they did away with the infomercials but, chances are, they are staying.

They've already added an additional 11 hours of programming per week this year alone. (They added the 11PM-12AM hour Monday-Friday and 3PM-6PM Hours on Saturdays/Sundays). And I hear there will be more added between now and 2013.

QUBO is on the main channel 3PM-4PM, Wednesday-Friday full-filling the E/I requirement, however it's the same QUBO Programming that's on NBC on Saturday Mornings. They have some other programming not currently seen on NBC on the QUBO sub channel.

The problem with ION Life is that they show the exact same thing over and over. I don't watch it, but my dad says he thinks he's seen every episode of every show on there, and whenever he goes by it, he remembers seeing the episode that's on. If there's never any new shows, nobody's going to watch it.

Words cannot describe how horrible this network is! I could kind of see more of a point when it was PAX, although they have always played way too much infomercials.

But now, just kill it already! Their schedule (when they are actually airing something) consists of Ghost Whisperer, and Criminal Minds now and commercials for catheters and bedpans.

Then for their biggest feature: infomercials for Girls Gone Wild, preachers asking for your credit card number to buy blessings, enzyte male-problem pills, and montel williams with psychic sylvia brown selling blenders.

I wonder if the infomercials helped pull Ion out of the monetary nadir?

All of these posts ignore the movies run on Ion. They get decent numbers. I suspect they won't change anything since they have obviously steadied their financial situation.

They need to put back "Mama's Family," at the time the reruns were beating MyNetworkTV.

And yes seriously people watch infomercials, more importantly they actually BUY the products too

That crap is still being aired??

If you haven't seen it...DON'T!!!

How those videos sell when the real good stuff is available (for free) on the internet is beyond me!
