ION Television now on WWLP 22.3 Springfield

From WHNB on the AVS Forum:

ION NOW ON CHANNEL 22-3

When I turned on my TV this evening, the tuner had automatically found a new service and added it to the line-up. The new channel is 22-3 from Springfield's WWLP. It is carrying ION, which long ago was called PAX. This is the network that is carried in New London on WHPX. So WWLP now has NBC on its primary channel, CW on its secondary channel, and ION on its third sub-channel.

I seen the same thing on Thursday at noon time Ion TV was on 22.3 like you said in the post if you go to the ion tv wikipedia page it mentions the company run by wwlp media general it mentions some of the markets but not Springfield mass which is weird. I haven't heard any new info but hope they give out more info

Ion Tv on WWLP DT 3 Springfield, MA

Was wondering if Ion TV gonna be on cable and gonna be more channels in the Springfield-Holyoke DMA?

I forgot when i live at my old adress in Chicopee i had a roof antenna and got WHPX Ch 26 New London-Hartford DMA i got a decent signal some times i wouldn't get the station but most the time i did. The best experience to get a good signal is to get a roof antenna if you can and signals come in better then having an indoor antenna if anybody can
