Good eskip right now!! All from so plainfield nj.

93.7 KKRL
94.9 KKGO
96.7 KCMQ
103.1 un id. Mentioned western Illinois.
104.1 KLTI

Here in Westchester County NY, I caught the following:

93.3 KIOA Iowa's Greatest Hits
105.3- Heard a weather report for a high of 72 degrees given by a meteorologist named Dr. Churchill or something similar- was likely either KEDB Iowa's True Oldies or KLYV Dubuque
95.7 Kiss Country Iowa
96.9 KZBK
94.9 KCMO Kansas City's Greatest Hits
94.5 KRXL Classic Rock

Just got back to the office. There were a bunch of others that were fighting with local/semi-local stations, but the window seemed to close around 1:20.

What struck me was how much local news these stations have. Many were doing local newscasts, something you don't see much of in this area!!!!

I tapped into this Es opening as well. Here in Michigan, I positively ID'ed seven new stations from NY, NJ, PA and DE.

88.7- WKNZ- Harrington, DE- 'The Bridge' CCM with Bill and Denise morning show mention
93.1- WEZW- Wildwood Beach, NJ- 'Easy 93.1' with webstream match! NEW STATE!
92.3- WXRK- New York, NY- CHR w/ Nick Cannon morning show and NYC mentions
95.5- WPLJ- New York, NY- Hot AC w 'PLJ.com' mentions and song matches
93.3- WMMR- Philadelphia, PA- 'MMR Rocks' with Philly mentions and even a brief HD lock!
100.1- WJRZ- Manahawkin, NJ- Local spots for Brick Township and Highway 88 and the thickest Jersey accent i've ever heard!
88.9- WBZC- Pemberton, NJ- Dance music- Z89

The Es shifted north from here, bringing mostly French stations in. None of which I could ID.

This brings my total to 1,598 stations and will probably be the swan song for my trusty FM-6 antenna. I'm having my Winegard 6055P antenna installed tomorrow.

Lawppy--what time were these logged?

Congrats! And welcome to the 2011 Es season everyone! Nothing here in rainy and yucky Bothell, WA.

I was picking up a country K98.5 in the Philadelphia northern suburbs today - now I wonder reading these reports if it was KOEL in Waterloo, Iowa?

I live in the green/spartanburg area and I picked some spanish station on 96.5 but it was fading in and out. I also picked up a rock station on 100.1 but I couldn't catch what it was because I lost it.

Looks like this was a real nice FM / TV opening. Unfortunately I was as work, but in the car on a lunch break I heard a few stations in downtown Poughkeepsie, NY.

Just before 2pm, a Spanish on 94.9, I assume Miami. (often heard)

Then:
KJJY-92.5 W. Des Moines, IA
KGGO-94.9 Des Moines, IA
"Cows"-100.9, (KOWZ) from Minnesota
KSTZ-102.5 "Star 102.5" Des Moines, IA.

All but "Cows" were logged in 2006.

All were on car radio, in a poor location surrounded by steel buildings and parking decks.

At home in the evening, it was long gone. But later in the evening, I noted some DTV signals on ch 2,3 & 5, but nothing decoded.
