Iowa: Question About radio station KXIM

Hey there, I have a question about a radio station that keeps coming up in my search for variety radio stations -- KXIM 98.3, licensed to Sanborn, Iowa. I haven't been able to find out much about this station, other than it is licensed to something called 770 AM Engineering LLC. Most sources indicate that it is a variety station known as "98.3 The Penguin," but I'm not sure if this is correct, as all streams I can find for KXIM lead me to a AAA station with that frequency and moniker -- WUIN "98.3 The Penguin" in Wilmington, NC. Other than this, I haven't been able to find out anything else about this station.
Is anyone on this board close enough to it to indicate what KXIM actually broadcasts? If not, is there any way, on record to contact this station? (Aren't stations supposed to have a phone number for the public to call? If so, I'm not finding one for KXIM.)
Initially, I just wanted to pitch my variety music show to them, but the lack of information available about them now has me genuinely curious, and seeking answers about this mysterious station. Any information would be helpful.

Interestingly the address for the owner is in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. On radio locator it actually lists the format as Religious.
