Iowa's first My Network TV station

In case anyone's wondering what that means, it's that WBQD-LP from Davenport just signed on to My Network TV, making it Iowa's first MNT station....As for UPN, I've been wondering--was WBQD the first UPN station in Iowa (est. 2002)? Or was it then-KJMH from Burlington, which was affiliated with FOX 'til it went independent in May 1994? I remember in TV Guide when UPN was first on, there were ads in the Western Illinois Edition (I don't know about the Iowa Edition) about UPN shows such as 'Star Trek Voyager' and that they were on a UPN 26, except that KJMH was removed from TV Guide Listings in November 1994. Was KJMH even on the air between that Thanksgiving and March 1996 when KLJB bought the station and it eventually became KGWB? (The station returned in June 2001 with the Quad Cities stations)

I think KLJB simulcasted on KJMH as their signal couldn't reach Burlington. They bought KJMH and started the simulcast.
