CC is currently at the limit of five FMs in Philadelphia; it may even be the only company that's maxed out in the market.

I think in Philly they eventually buy 1210 or 610 from CBS to run their syndicated talk shows on. CBS nationally seems to have no interest in running news talk formats. It does two non music formats. Sports and news. Which means it has one too many AM stations in Philly.
I think CBS ends up with 106.9 but I don't think they put KYW on it until 1060 starts to falter in the ratings like 610 WIP did. I might actually put WIP on it and try another music format on 94.1.

Waiting until it starts to falter might be waiting too long. CBS might better look at WTOP. Moved to FM when it was doing well and did even better on FM. Now one of the top billing stations in the US.
