IQRW*FT?

I've got a 3rd 11.1.. but it does not give that PSIP info. I think I know where that's coming from though. KTAQ the other day had some similar calls on one of their channels when their PSIP information was somewhat garbled.
 
I don't have that problem on my TV, only on my WinTV USB tuners.
