Irregular Programming Patterns

I wanted to know if any station has a very irregular programming pattern like:

9:00 The 700 Club
10:00 E/I show
10:30 Married with Children
11:00 Paid Programming
11:30 News
12:00 Jerry Springer
1:00 Rachael Ray
2:00 Jerry Springer
3:00 Ellen
4:00 Maury

In my area, I don't see it that much, but maybe in smaller markets, it happens?
