So they switched to 92.1 and were met with objections about interference to KTFW-FM in Glen Rose; moving to 99.9 with just 53 watts, they immediately applied to boost their power to 250 watts. The FCC will have to decide whether the objection has any validity, and if so who will prevail---the operator of a translator or of an "emergency repeater"?
