Is 102.9 LPFM Austin dead air?

A couple months back I was in north Austin and heard dead air on 102.9... http://www.fccinfo.com/CMDProEngine.php?sCurrentService=FM&tabSearchType=Appl&sAppIDNumber=1773832
That link above is almost all I found in reference to this LPFM station. It's owned by a Mexican church. Hopefully the church didn't just give up on the LPFM leaving their transmitter dead air 24/7... Can anyone confirm what 102.9 LPFM is playing? If it's dead air you should contact the church or something and get them to yodel into the mic LOL

Yep Heard Some Christian Spanish But I Think There Back To Doing Silence They Sort Of Hinder My Ability To Get 102.9 KLTN Houston I've Known That Signal Since It Was The Planet In The Year 1997
 
It's still silence, transmitter on with no audio. What a waste of station! Reminds me of 106.7 in Georgetown and what that LPFM used to do.
