IS 1500 AM Now Programming Spanish Language to Lexington ??

A week or so ago, I noticed WKXO in Berea dropped their simulcast with WEKY and WIRV (Tri-City Network) and are now calling themselves "La Ventana" (or something like that). Their signal strength is MUCH improved with this change, too. Previously, WKXO's signal was very anemic here in Lexington, but now is much better. Are they trying to capture the Hispanic audience in Lexington as I noted many of the ads mentioning Lexington businesses and addresses. Just curious.
