Is 87.9 FM Active Again?

As many readers of this forum know, there was a pirate that operated from Westford, and then Groton, Massachusetts for at least five years in the late 1990s.

This morning, while driving north of Boston, I happened to punch up 87.9 on my radio, and lo and behold, there was a classical piano music on that frequency.
It was fairly strong, but I didn't get a chance to listen to it very long before I arrived at my destination.

Is the infamous Westford pirate back on the air? Has anyone heard this one?
