Is 90.1 a pirate?

I was going home last night in Odessa and ran into 90.1 and they were playing spanish christian music no liners no spots no comercials and this morning on my way to work i heard them all thru I20 for about 25 miles who are they and from where??

Well you better not hear any commercials since they are in the Non-comm band :)
Not a pirate but a new station, KPBJ licensed to Midland (thought maybe KSBJ had a hand in it with the callsign but they arent; owner is Paulino Bernal Evanglism...so that explains the Spanish Christian music).
Tower is SE of Midland...here's the FCC info:
