Is 92.3 NOW tweaking it's format?

I also know WLNY went all-digital a few years before the deadline because their argument was most of Long Island had cable to begin with. So if they get to keep it as an over the air station, it makes sense to me.

On the other hand, Clear Channel had to put WALK-FM in a trust since it was close enough to be part of the NYC market.
