Is ADOBE AUDION 3.0 compatible with REASON 4.0???

I am just about to buy a Quad Core PC; I already bought my soundcard: M-Audio Audiophile 2496 - 104 dBA SNR. The question is: can Adobe 3.0 and REASON 4.0 run off the M-Audio Audiophile 2496 - 104 dBA SNR soundcard together??? -OR- should I use the 2 soundcards, the one I bought and the one that comes with the PC and dedicate 1 soundcard to AUDITION and the other soundcard to REASON 4.0?

Reason should rewire directly into Audition so they work together, rather than independently. I have not tested Reason 4.0, but I know Reason 3.0 integrates very nicely.
