Former CBS3 news hottie Alycia Lane is coming back to town for depositions with CBS lawyers as part of her lawsuit against the company. The Daily News reports CBS plans to subpoena her mental health records. Alycia already has skipped a deposition scheduled in LA and has refused a court order to turn over her treatment records. Alycia in court papers says she suffered "extreme and severe emotional distress." He former shrink says it was "moderately severe major depression." CBS lawyers say Alycia has made her mental condition an issue with those claims but Alycia and her lawyers are resisting backing up those claims with medical records. Most people who don't comply with court orders get slapped with a contempt of court citation. We'll see.
