Is Arbitron hiding the ratings?

Noticed Station Ratings is now requiring you to log in for info. Is Arbitron trying to hide the inof from stations who aren't paying them? And on a side note: has anyone made the x-mas switch yet?
 
Some sites, such as All Access, have always required free registration and log in to see the topline Arbitrons.  So now it appears SR is doing the same.  I doubt there's been any change in Arbitron's policy.
