When New Hampshire's Channel 50 changed call letters from WNDS to WZMY ("My TV") some months ago, the station launched a weeknight prime-time talk show hosted by Arnie Arnesen, who at the time also hosted a daily radio talk show which was regionally syndicated throughout New Hampshire. The radio show, has since ended although for a few months, she was doing both shows.
But this classified ad on the Boston regional site on Craig's List indicates that WZMY is looking for a host for a "prime-time talk show".
Seeing the ad, I have come to the conclusion that Ms. Arensen, who already lost her radio talk show, may be losing (or may be quitting) her TV talk show as well.
Has anyone heard if she is leaving WZMY or has been dumped by the station?? And given that 2006 is an election year, if Ms. Arnesen has/will quit her TV show on her own accord, could it in order to run for office??
