Is Austin the worst at Sub channel programing?

I would like to see more programing on Austin DTV. Victoria even has This TV now on 19.3 (11.3) which shows a lot of classic stuff. I wish there was more choices on DTV in Austin // San antonio. There isn't even a decent signal for MyTV yet. or Side channel.
 
It's great if you speak Spanish or are into PBS.

Other than that, Fox still hasn't made up its mind on what KTBC should have on its subchannel. And where the heck is LINN in all of this?
 
The only market I have to compare is DFW when I visit family. mmnassour is right, would be nice if LIN and 7 would cook something up.
