Is CBS Radio Sports Dead?

I was listening to the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game on Sirius

3 weeks ago. Normally when it's a MNF or SNF Game the announcer would

mention before the local sports break "This is CBS Radio Sports & Westwood One"

But instead, Dave Sims, the Play-By-Play man for the game said "This is

Westwood One" only. Was there any formual announcement about a possible

demise of CBS Radio Sports or merger to Westwood One?

I think I have heard them do that for awhile now. IMHO, CBS Radio is dead as far as "on the air" mentions, it just exists as a corporate name now
