Is "Classic Hits 92.9" Sounded a Lot Like the Old WRKW?

I'm just trying to answer my question. Is WBPM's "Classic Hits 92.9" sounded a lot like the former WRKW? I'll be the first to say Yes! It does sounded a lot like the old WRKW when it first hit the airwaves back in 1999 when it was during the Strauss era as "Quality Rock". When the station ended back in 2003, it was "92.9 Rock".

I guess that this station harkens back to the original WRKW when it was back in 1999-2003 in the "Quality Rock" era.

Any thoughts?
