In my travels in the area I hear that working for Forever Broadcasting is a churn and burn operation so many people that work there have a short shelf life. Or is what I'm hearing just BS

formerradio said:Yes, it is. The company uses people and then spits them out. Many hard working people are let go because they challenge the corporate management. If you are a yes-man, you may be able to last for a while. If you have any ideas of your own, the axe will come down on you, or you will want to get out as soon as possible because they treat you terribly. It is not a good place to work. (Yes, I have worked there.)

Any of these so called G.M's , O.M's and Owners included know not enough to cut the mustard and survive long, With your title comes great responsability and some of you can't hack it and when any employee knows more than you, and they will, then you give them the axe. Your next! Don't think your above anybody. Yes I have worked for them in the past they will never change. They all happen to be looking for talent now! Good luck people, get out while you can, Like I did.
