Is Frank Ski going to Magic?

If Radio One does Si-Man dirty then you know what type of idiots are runnign things at their Atlanta cluster for sure. Most people enjoy having Si-Man back to his old self on the airwaves to possibly threaten his removal again will guarantee Majic won't stand a chance in hell of ever beating V-103 for 25-54. Personally, I never believe that did but still...

I would not be surprised if they bring Frank on, ever since Frank has been off air, 107.5/Hot 107.9 have been holding several events at his restaurant. Every time you ride by Frank Ski's you see a 107.5 banner hanging outside of his restaurant. It's like they have already started a partnership.

I've seen that with my own two eyes, but Si-Man is a more likable personality overall by most compared to Frank Ski amongst 25+ urban radio listeners.

When Baisden was canceled, I felt Ski would have been a good choice since Majic's listeners were used to more than a regular music show. But when Skip Murphy proved to be so bad, I was happy to hear Si-Man in afternoon drive. I think he fits that station to a tee. And Renee Miller, who had been off the air since Smooth Jazz was blown up, sounded amazing from the first time she cracked open the mic again. At this point, I think Majic has the exact right combination.

But I have to agree with Rodney that the survey makes you wonder. PD's don't always reveal what's going on.

:D i've heard this talk since January. Majic does the Saturday nigh live broadcast from Frank's club. Streetz 94.5 also does live remotes at his club with Rashan Ali on Fridays. Derek and Dave will try to figure out a way of getting Ski back on the ATL airwaves.
