As we all know, 90 percent of the MTV networks are non-Rock, they are Hip Hop, Spanish, Rap, Soul, and just down right Urban. I have been watching FUSE the last few years to get my dose of Rock, now it seems they are going the corrupt way of all the MTV networks, going non-Rock and constantly shoving Urban music down our throats, honestly, how many Urban outlets can you have, without one cable network dedicated to Rock, full time. IS THIS TOO MUCH TO ASK.... We are only asking for a Rock music channel with Hard Rock, Classic Rock, Metal, Alternative, Grunge, Punk and other rock tastes, on at different times, just one channel....Why is every music channel Urban, now for my question, is FUSE owned by the MTV networks, they have a show on now called Metal Mania which is a talk show just like VH1 Classics metal show with Eddie Trunk, and using the name Metal Mania the VH1-Classic, 2 hour weekly hair metal show, is it legal to call the show that name....and if FUSE is owned by the MTV networks why would they go like all the others, why not switch to full time ROCK...and avoid in house competition...
 
If no...they must have some deal with the MTV networks allowing them to use, Metal Mania and this Metal Show which up until last night was exclusive to VH-1 Classic...
 
Don't know, but it's not unheard of that shows change networks for various reasons. Regardless, Fuse is owned (ultimately up through the chain of Madison Square Garden) by Cablevision.
 
Specifically, Fuse is operated by Rainbow Media (a Cablevision outlet).
