Is "His Radio" WRTP expanding again?

I noticed under "FCC Actions" recently that "Radio Training Network" had
purchased WCCE 90.1 in Buies Creek, which was owned by Campbell
University, these are the same people who own WRTP, which has many
translators and one full-power FM serving the triangle and Northeastern
North Carolina.
A friend of mine and i speculated not long ago that they might purchase
this station to expand their signal coverage, and it looks like that's going
to happen.
The question is, if so, will they build a new tower closer to South Raleigh?,
or leave the current transmitter location where it is and increase power to
serve places like Fayetteville and other towns like Smithfield, Dunn, and
Benson?, we shall see...

This is a surprise to me, but i can see what they are trying to do, with the expected
influx of military personnel over the next few years which will swell Fayetteville &
Cumberland County's population, in addition to those expected to move into Hoke
& Moore County, this would be the ideal time for them to expand into this market,
especially since three christian stations are on the air in the sandhills, two owned
by "American Family Radio" and another operating the "Air 1" format.
In addition, while visiting a friend in Pinehurst last fall, Calvary Chapel based in
Aberdeen was scheduled to sign on a low-power FM sometime in 2007, but have
not heard nothing else regarding this.

WGQR 105.7 in Elizabethtown (Solid Gospel) also just increased their power a few weeks ago.
And Christian107.3 from Clinton (co-owned with them) also plays CCM all over Fayetteville and has local involvements.
Not to mention the AM stations.....
