Who said anything about all 4 million listening?

Ok gary the retard enough with the insults. Personally i think Howards show is the funnniest it has ever been. I like the new freedom the show has without fear from the fcc. The sybian rides and the roasts are awsome. I hate to hear that you dont have a sense of humor anymore, must suck to be you.

If you say he has 4 million listeners and theyre are only 4 million subscribers then ALL SUBSCRIBERS WOULD HAVE TO BE LISTENING!

Re: Thanks, genius

Sirius has four Million Subscribers. Nobody knows how many listeners. I'm sure that all Four Million people don't live alone. There are others in the house listening to it. So Sirius could have 8 Million Listeners or 10 Million listeners. 10 percent of them probably listen to Howard. So I'm guessing that Howard has about a Million Listeners right now. Maybe 1.5 Million at most. it's hard to tell since Satellite does not have Ratings. Those are my best estimates.

Then Imus is winning

Howard's remark to Entertainment Weekly was funny, but untrue when he said "at least that's more than Imus", when talking about his audience numbers. If Stern is getting 1.5 to 2 million, Imus is beating him handily with cumes near 4-5 million.

I agree. He had his run...

Who said any one is listening..?? Sirrius knows "exactly"
how many are listening at once..thru the marvels of technology..
How come they dont post any numbers, they are embarrassing as
a 50-some thing jock, living in the past.

Further more, by using the degrading "R"word describing
"Gary's" mental-capacity defines the audiences the almighty "howard"
is attracting..OK, of the 4 million subscribers..the more
sophicated subscribers (who can easily afford the cost of the unit,
and most likely the Lifetime subscription) wont waste their time with howard..
-Howard's *BIGGER* problem is the degenerates that "switched" to Sirrius
just for Howard..being able to afford the low monthly fee..

I emailed howard stern MANY TIMES when he first went to sirius and suggested that he also STREAM HIS SHOW FROM HIS WEBSITE (I provided a FREE streaming client he could use) And they didnt reply once!!!!They must not care too much!!!

Finally I can get my howie fix at work :D

This is a sirius forum so im guessing that at least 90% of us posting here are sirius fans and listeners. So let me know how having Howard Stern on sirius is a bad thing. The best you O@A rejects can come up with is argue over how many millions of listeners Howard brought over. Look at the impact O@A made over at xm! Ha, they didnt do nothing noda, zip, zero!! Get over it, Howard is the man and no matter what you think about the man you cant take away anything from his historic radio career!
Seeing as this was posted 2 weeks before the XM/CBS deal, this statement is friggin' hysterical in hindsight.
