Is Imus Pulling His Punches?

S

Have listened to Don Imus since he returned and at times it sounds like he is pulling his punches and lost his old fire.

Perhaps, given what happened to him at the hands of Bernie Mc Jerk it is understandable.

Mc Jerk aka McGurick (sp?) is still with him but he has been silent in the portions I have heard.

actually think the show sounds fresher and funnier than it has in a long time

To many men on the ice penalty. Does it take that much personel to run a decent show?
They should have done the same show, but with some disipline. Is it so hard not to be a total moron?

I have been an Imus fan since 1971 when I listened on WNBC in New York.

Part of the reason that I went into radio had to do with my admiration for his clever approach to irreverence. It is still early, and maybe he is still warming up, but so far, the edge seems a bit duller than once it was.

Nobody asked ... Just my opinion.

why does 'tkk pull him off at 9 for graham? i mean, lets be totally honest here...who wants to hear michael graham?

today they seemed to cut imus off in mid sentence to air the barnicle commentary and then the graham show.

awful. just awful.
