Is anyone looking for, or even willing to accept, a new on-air position in a different market if you can avoid it?
It seems that things are soooo unstable and unpredictable right now, that even the most career-driven radio pros would be very careful about uprooting and leaving an "OK" position in pursuit of a better one. The ol' "devil you know" rule of thumb.
Am I way off base here, or is there a huge dropoff in the amount of personnel movement in this biz at the moment?
