I don't know how John was on the air, but in the hallways a few years back, he was always a super-nice guy. Best of luck to him.

It is sad. I can't even listen to Paul Christy anymore, because they have tied his hands. His personality rarely shows, because he's reading a bunch of straight liners and scripted crap. I just don't know why people are so ****ing scared to let good jocks do their thing?! This is why I like KILT-FM. Country isn't my favorite format, but their people are allowed to be personalities.

I'll say this for Prince. He sounds good, and fits the format wherever he lands--- KIKK, KLOL, Oldies, traffic, or MIX, whatever. He's outstandingly versatile. A number of people you think of as "stars" can only do what they do, and nothing else. I've heard him in looser programming, in fact interacted w/ him on party broadcasts, and he did everything you would want.
Here's what I cant believe no one has ever suggested: If I were John P, I would go to Hollywood. John Prince would make one bad-azz MOVIE BAD GUY! Dude, why didnt you audition for the Sopranos??? You can make $$$$ ! Sure, you gotta get killed by Arnold or Chuck or the Rock, but man, its $$$$$$ and chicks, and a fast car!
One day, we're gonna be over at the Edwards eating popcorn, watching carnage w the kids, and then we'll point up and shout, "I know that bad guy!" Prince will land on his feet somewhere.
Speaking of versatile, I know Pam K. well enough to know her road hasnt exactly been a bed of roses either. PK can do the job w/ one hand tied, and pregnant too. If I was pregnant, not only could I not work, but I would lay around moaning all day.

*sigh* Yes, a lot of us have kids, but how much of your personal life do you want other people to expose on an industry Internet board? Shouldn't something like that be Pam's choice? Since she rarely posts here, herself, it seems out of line to me that anyone would bring it up. I've heard from others who have expressed the same opinion.
