It was off-air a few years ago, I sent them a message with the info I found from the FCC and it came back on.
You might try, but sadly they might have just run out of cash to keep going, being a tiny AM like that.

They are on the air. It's the craziest signal around - not more than about 10% modulation and always another signal can be heard in the background.

I've never heard them using a good audio processor. Some stations just don't have those.
No kidding about a tiny AM.... a daytimer with 250 watts directional with SIX towers! The land that those towers sit on has to be worth a lot more than the station itself.
