Is KLDB-LP/KZUT-LP/KFEP-LP/ on air or just KTPC-LP?

I haven’t been able to get KFEP, KZUT,or KLDB only just KGGI-FM/KTPC-LP/KBUU-LP Interference. I’m wondering if these 3 LPs are on air.
 
The 99.1 timeshare group on the Hollywood Hills barely covers anything. Most of the time they broadcast whale sounds. They never respond to emails. I think they are actually controlled by Dublab. I called one of the licensees when they were off the air and they said
we do not have a radio station.
