Is KTSN AM 1060 Off the air?

Think since KJFK AM Moved KTSN AM has been off the air. I forgot to check it the last time I was in Austin to see if it was in low power or not.
 
I'm not positive that they moved, its just there weaker and 1060 has been off the air seems like ever since they got weaker.

I don't think KJFK (1490) has made the full jump to the new co-located site yet, but I might be incorrect. 1490 is on the air now on my radio. I'm not hearing KTSN (1060) currently, but my understanding is they had a transmitter issue and were running at lower power until the replacement arrives. I might just be out of range.

What part of town are you listening from?
