Is Lincoln out of a Job?

I popped onto 1230 wNAMETHEFORMAT yesterday and found no Lincoln Ware. the tag stated an all-new OLDIES-SOUL STATION !
repeating on 101.5 FM which was set to help downtown coverage, I tuned in but could barely make it out!
Any clues?
 
The board that shall not be named reports that 1230 will take on 100.3's former format as it simulcasts with a translator on 101.5; Lincoln Ware will retain his show from 10am-12noon
