IS Nasau Selling the Pa. Cluster again?

Lets get the rumour mill going. Nassau's deal for purchase with Access.1 runs out in Late September... License renewal time happens in October... I bet you real good money, a Greater media company is gonna come in and purchase the 7 station cluster by Halloween. (Trick or treat, Trick.. (or if you're a Nassau Employee in the affected markets.. Treat!)
If all of a sudden the Frank and the Hawk start swapping DJs and personnel, you can confirm this rumor....

Guarantee Nasau sells its PA. cluster (excluding BYN FM & AM) By 1 Jan 07.....

Any thoughts on this????

I think the reason they haven't had any jocks yet is that an internal debate has not been settled yet concerning whether they SHOULD have them or not. Just a guess, though.

If I remember correctly from what I read thru this board, I think Nassaus deal with Access. 1 was valid until September something(I think this is what kingofrock meant) Even though the sale fell thru, I think there is an exclusive contract for right of purchase until then. Anyways thats how I'm seeing that off a few previous posts. I do agree with the king tho, looks like Nassaus gussying up the pig for a resale on the market, a few names i have heard from my sources say Greater Media is in the lead, with possible interest from Millenium, or even Entercom. Although, we know how the rumor mills work in this business. But if they were trying to sell it before, I would think they probably are still trying to find a buyer.. just my opinion. Any thoughts...
