Is Nash FM Unusually Slow to Add Programming?

After about 4 1/2 months on the air, Nash has two DJ's, airs a syndicated show with Kix Brooks overnight, and runs American Country countdown (also featuring Kix Brooks) twice on Sundays.
Mornings, evenings, and most of the weekend hours remain automated. There are no news or traffic reports.
I get it that it takes a while to start a new station and a new format. But is Nash taking longer to develop than most other prior format changes in New York? It has been a while since a major flip in this market, so I do not recall.

(I posted this question recently. But along with some other posts, mine was evidently lost when Radio-Info changed hands.)

Will Nash FM ever have a morning show? Seems strange. We're almost six months into the format and just an automated jukebox in AM drive. Is it intentional not to even have weather, traffic and news updates in the morning daypart?
