I was mentioned on the Hudson Valley board that Pamal is buying WBPM and WGHQ to take over the frequencies of 92.9 FM and 920 AM. I know that oldies is dying on FM soon if "Cool 92.9" remains as an oldies station. I love "Cool 92.9" because it's a better radio station than WCBS-FM did in New York City since it flipped from oldies to "Jack" last year. WCKL is simulcasting "Cruisin' 93.5" because it's an AM station that appeals to older listeners. I don't see no word in which Pamal might flipped from oldies to something else if Pamal will own it. Stay tuned and see what happens. I am still an oldies fan, but I do love oldies very much all the time on FM just like the way WCBS-FM does this in New York City for the last 33 years. I used to listen to that station, but I don't like "Jack" now. I don't see WBPM flipping its format anytime soon.
