Is Q102 in IBOC?

The reason I ask is, on my way to Reading, I was trying to listen to the Penn State/Michigan State game. When I hit Exeter township I totally lost WFIL. I started scanning the dial. Could not pull in WAEB/Allentown and in-market WRAW 1340 is a horrible catch. EVEN IN ITS CITY OF LICENSE!!!

So, I tuned to the FM band and caught it on T-102/Pottsville. Up most of Route 422 until i got on Penn Street in Reading, I heard a horrible hash, almost like if you hook up an old Radio Shack/Realistic mixer to a tape deck to record and you pot up the switch you have assigned to the tape. The redundancy loop produces this rather loud hum/muffled feedback tone. it cut in and out and the only thing I could think of was possibly WIOQ running IBOC/HDFM. Is this what I heard?
______________

Great! So I'll have to put with that again next Summer when I long to pop on 102.3 so I can hear the WAYV repeater, which I can start to pick up around Vineland.
______________

Theirs and the other IBOC Philly FMs run really makes listening to any station co-adjacent to a Philly not possible south of Princeton. I still can't believe (maybe I should) the FCC and others didn't realize the interference this IBOC causes.
______________
