Is Randy Gone?

Hey, I was listening to Jeff and Jer this morning, and I noticed Randy's voice missing. I confess I don't listen as often as I used to, but I don't remember hearing anything about Randy going away (and I heard him in San Diego during Spring Break). Was he just gone for the day or on vacation, or is there something else going on?

To be honest with you Garrett I don't exactly know what Randy does at Star, because Tommy does just about everything. Randy just sits in a booth and listens to the show. There are 7 people on that show, and I only know what 3 of them do. Jeff, Jer, and Little Tommy.

That is true Bob, but no morning person can be more screwed up than Nina Reeba (Ruth 66) of DSC. That woman's life is the definition of a screwed up life. But Nina turned herself around, and is hilarious on the air. When is anyone on Jeff and Jer going to be funny, and stop talking about themselves???? and how important they are (in their own minds).

I love Ruthie. She -- and the voices in her head -- make the show. Dave, Shelly, and Chainsaw need Ruthie, Boyer, Chucko and Emilito for the the continued success. Not shorting Bromo here .... what does he do really? FREE GOLF! Thanks Bromo!

If the show's resident airhead was gone and Nina got all the female airtime it'd be a whole lot funnier. Shelly, I keep thinking, just got darn lucky falling into that gig, but I still cannot for the life of me figure out what, if any, talent she has.

That's the beauty of it Bob. By her self, she would be a no-talent manager at CCU. On air, she is an important part of the morning show at KGB-FM. The show wouldn't be the same without her.

Jeff and Jer is the best morning show, I will not listen to them, or any other clear channel station! they need to move to SOPHIE, does anyone know how long their contract is with clear channel? I stopped listening to clear channel ever since they took over EAGLE 94.1 And all the other stations, when they were Jacor.

Clear Channel San Diego has a secret weapon that keeps Jeff and Jer, and DSC at Clear Channel. That secret is Bob Bolinger! Bob had the forsight to hire them away from KFMB, and when that ditsy Kelli Kibler was ignoring DSC, Bob was hired and kept them there. As long as Bob is at Clear Channel, you will never hear Jeff and Jer on Sofie. They and DSC have already proclaimed that Bob is what is keeping them at CC. Plus the Sofie morning show budget for talent is no where near what Jeff and Jer need. J&J will never work for $15.00 an hour!
