Is Rhythmic still expanding or adding new stations on a broad scale compared to 15 years ago?

It doesn’t seem like it anymore but I could be wrong. Has the format just hunkered down in place so to speak? Have we lost Rhythmics overall?
 
Phoenix makes sense. Same with the handful of major markets. I was also thinking about smaller markets or other areas of the country.
