Is Rickey Smiley headed to 93.9 WKYS?

The reason I say that is because when i checked http://kysdc.com/djs/ over the weekend, Rickey Smiley's bio was up for the Mon-Sat 6am-10am instead of Russ Parr's. Now today, Russ Parr's pic and timeslot is back up. Hmmmmmmm, interesting.
 
Smiley airs on sister station WERQ in Baltimore plus WKYS is where Russ Parr`s morning show is based out of. I do not see Rickey Smiley coming to D.C. even though Russ Parr has a hefty salary.
 
Unless Russ Parr Quits I can't see why would Radio One have Ricky Smiley on WKYS and 92Q. I believe 92Q Baltimore signal come in OK in the D.C. area .

Naw. I lived in DC and you can't pick up 92.3 Only if your at the very tip of north dc going to Silver Spring, MD or Largo, MD.
But baltimore can definitly pick up 93.9 in a heartbeat
