Is Russ Martin Going to Satalite Radio?

Russ or somebody has wiped his website ( www.russmartin.com) and has a video that anounces a new russ martin.com is coming ...

its flash video but if you pause it on some of the pictures you get images of a satalite dish. an orbit pattern. and what looks to be the sirius computer racks.

Check it out .....but i think he's moving to satalite radio

holy jesus batman im getting excited....keep pausing the video and you will also see a rocket launch. the hubble space telescope and what looks to be an actual sirius satellite....

God i hope he's coming back.......Whether its FM or satellite i don't care......I need quality take radio being in the car all day 5 days a week for 12 hours...........

I don't know if he'll be the savior but he will damn sure be a great addition to it! I know that I'll subscribe again if he goes to sat.

XM-Sirius has one foot in the grave...they won't be signing anyone. And just HOW would Russ's show translate to a "national" audience??? Dead air isn't funny in Dallas, but it would be on Sat???

I agree. With Russ's show, the air was dead even when he was speaking. :) Definitely not a "national" talent. I'm thinking Tyler or Waco...

Well, you have a point about XM Sirius. But being a long time listener of the RMS. I wouldn't put it past russ to go on sirius for free being that he is still being paid by CBS. and he wouldn't be in breach of contract on his non compete because he wouldn't be on terrestrial radio. Eat that Gavin. Plus russ would still get paid by advertisers on sirius, its a win, win situation or what i like to call a win, skrew you cbs situation.

You know, maybe everyone is reading too much into the satellite and rocket launch imagery....

Rockets Launching... = "Launching new site"???

Or all the space stuff = NASA = Houston, OMG HE"S GOING ON IN HOUSTON!!!

Realistically, he's still being paid by CBS? and even if they have bought out his contract, he's still on at least a 6 month Non-compete vacation. So, probably not on airwaves before, say, June - ish?

W/E the case may be good luck to him.

well there weren't just pictures of sat stuff either i have a bunch of screen shots and one of them is the empire state building but that could be from his batman fetish. I just hope he comes back soon. I like football and stuff but i don't want to listen to that all day.
