Is Steve Cushing live tonight, or is he airing a rerun from 2005?

He opened Blues Before Sunrise tonight announcing that the Sox have clinched their division, and played an old 1959-vintage song as a tribute. Trouble is, that's wrong. They beat the Cubs tonight 9-5, but it was the Cubs that won the NL Central, thanks to the Cardinals losing to the Brewers.

The only way the Sox win the AL Central is for them to beat the Cubs again, and the Twins to lose to the Reds. The Sox win on tiebreakers.

Sorry, Steve. You might want to actually watch the game (or check the score on the web). Unless WDCB is running a show from '05, that is.
