Is the 95.5 LPFM in Greenville still on?

They're listed as licensed/broadcasting on the FCC's site, but I don't think WMXP-LP is on the air (or has been in a while). Out of curiosity I've tried it in Greenville on Pleasantburg Dr, Stone Ave, Woodruff Rd, and a little bit of Augusta Rd (and surrounding areas) and all I hear is static. According to the maps, they should cover those areas fine. Is the signal not as good as it looks online or are they not broadcasting?

I guess they were hit by the economy. Maybe somebody will come along and put something different on there. I don't think they've been broadcasting for months.
