Is the cloud company raining in Rockford?

This week two of their sellers just jumped ship to the horse company. These guys have 50 years combined selling wrok/wzok. What is going on there? Since they left the sales manager has been telling everyone she is going to get one of them back and she doesn’t care about the other ‘cause she was going to shoot him anyway.

sometimes there is just the usual turn over, and then there is major turn over. It seems like two people left doesn't signal there is a major problem. Time will tell, if anyone else jumps ship there might be a big problem in sales management. we shall see...

Sales people come and go, but these two left becasue the GSM is a nut job. She truly belives she runs the place and manages by fear. She also hands her best friends on staff all of the good accounts. If Cumulus really knew what went on there, the GM would be fired!!!

The GSM said to both clients and her staff that the WZOK will be much better off because they can will now get people who 'get it' and know how to sell instead of the 'backslapping the old boy network'. btw...she also said that ZOK won't lose a dollar.

btw...monkey, don't you think cumulus knows about her but they just don't care?
