Is The Eagle About To Be Rammed By A Bull?

I had a feeling that when they started vacation early a flip was on the horizon... The Bull? Country?? Or just a bunch of guys talking day shooting the bull? Interesting! :p

Is 94.9 The Bull a Mainstream (both new + classic), New or Classic Country station? That might indicate the direction 97.1 might take :)

If it has to go country why can't it be pre-Garth country?

I agree with you, Gopher. DFW is too large a market not to have a solid "classic country" format.

Dear CC. You're a joke, and this pretty well proves it. Another damn country station? Really? How pathetic. The real Eagle died years ago under previous ownership. It simply amazes me that the best CC could come up with though was another damn country station. Yeah. That's just what DFW needs. Brilliant.

I think it would be a good flip since most of Texas listens to country.

Where is the PPM market where classic country actually works?
